Support Policy

We strive to provide prompt, helpful and friendly support. Please contact us with any questions you have about using our themes or plugin.

Support is provided

  • For the purchased theme or plugin used on a single website
  • For a period of one year from date of purchase (see pricing for renewal)
  • By email for private, one-on-one help

Support includes

  • Answering questions about using the features of our theme or plugin
  • Addressing bugs that are found with our theme or plugin
  • Response typically within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding U.S. holidays)

Support does not include

  • Any type of assistance with coding or design (we can refer you to a professional)
  • Help with third-party plugins (please contact the plugin author)
  • General WordPress support (use the WordPress Support Forums)
  • Assistance with moving a website, converting content or similar services

Our themes and plugins are designed specifically for use on church websites. Support is not offered for themes used on websites that fall outside of the intended use.
