It may be that your theme is not up to date. Over time we have added new recurrence and exclusion options to our plugin. We have also updated our themes to support these new options. If your theme is not up to date to support these new options, then events may not appear as expected on your site.

You can check what version of the theme you are using by going to Appearance > Themes then clicking on your theme. You can find out what the latest version available is by logging into your Account and clicking on Downloads.
