Our themes all have responsive designs which means their layouts adapt to mobile screen sizes. Here are some reasons the mobile-friendly design is not working.
- If you are using the Jetpack plugin, make sure the Mobile Theme module is disabled. This feature prevents our theme from doing what it is designed to do on mobile devices.
- Scroll to the bottom and click View Mobile Site. If “View Full Site” was clicked earlier, that is why the mobile version is not working (the decision is remembered).
- Try each of the Troubleshooting steps. Any of these can cause the responsive design not to work.
