How easy is it to use?
WordPress is made for regular people and powers more than 70,000,000 websites. Read How It Works for an idea of what is involved and What They Say for what customers think. Step by step Guides, videos and support are provided.
What does support include?
One-on-one support is provided by email. We’ll answer any questions about using features and address any bugs that are found. Please read our Support Policy.
How do updates work?
Your purchase includes a license key enabling one-click updates via your WordPress dashboard.
Is sample content available and does it include the demo’s photos?
Sample content is available for each theme in order to give you a good starting point. Demo photos are not included (you will see gray placeholders that you can replace with your own photos). Please read Sample Content for more information.
Our church wants multiple websites. Will one purchase cover them?
Each purchase includes support and one-click updates for one website. We recommend churches maintain one website for easier updates and a consistent user experience (features for multi-campus churches are included). A second purchase can be made to cover a second website (such as for a school).
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not, just contact us within 45 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund. No questions asked.
Is renewal for updates and support required?
We recommend it to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress. Updates include bug fixes and new features as well. Renewal also provides you with access to one-on-one support whenever you need help.
Can I turn off automatic renewal?
Yes, you may disable auto-renewal in your account at any time. Instead of automatically billing you for renewal after one year, we will send you an email with a link for making your renewal payment manually.
Is website hosting included?
No, we only provide WordPress themes and plugins. Please see our Hosting Recommendations.
Can I buy on behalf of a church?
You or the church may purchase. If you will be managing the website for the church long-term then you may want to make the purchase and handle renewals for them. If the church will be managing the website themselves after you build it then consider having them buy directly from us. This will make it easy for them to renew, get support, etc. In any case, we can help transfer the license from you to the church.
Can I buy once then use for multiple clients?
You should purchase a license on behalf of each church in order for the church to receive one-click updates (bug fixes, compatibility updates, new features) and ongoing support.
Is there a discount for multiple purchases?
No, our pricing covers the costs associated with providing the solution for one church site.
Can I install at a second location for building the site?
Yes, it is common to build a site at a temporary development location before launching. Learn more. You do not need to purchase a second license for a development site.
Can I install your theme on WordPress.com?
WordPress.com only allows theme installation on their Business plan. It is usually more practical to use a regular web host where you can install WordPress and use any theme or plugin. See our recommendations. Please read WordPress.com and WordPress.org for more information.
Are your themes and plugins 100% GPL compatible?
Yes, all parts of our themes and plugins are licensed under the GPL or a GPL-compatible license.
Which browsers are supported?
Our themes support all current desktop and mobile web browsers. We test with dozens of device, operating system, browser and version combinations using BrowserStack.
