Theme and Plugin License
All parts of the WordPress themes and plugins obtained from the Web Site are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL v2.0) or a compatible license.
Copyrights and Trademarks
All materials from the Service not belonging to another party are copyright ChurchThemes.com. All rights reserved. You may not claim ownership of products provided by ChurchThemes.com, whether modified or not. “ChurchThemes.com” and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the Web Site are trademarks/service marks that identify the Service provided by ChurchThemes.com. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without prior written authorization.
Your agreement to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the Copyright Policy.
Privacy Policy
ChurchThemes.com respects the privacy of Web Site users. Your agreement to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use or submit personal information to the Web Site.
Product Pricing
Current pricing for products can be found on the Pricing page on the Web Site. Sales tax will paid on behalf of Texas residents. Coupon codes are valid for initial purchase only and not applied to renewals.
When placing an order, the user agrees to allow ChurchThemes.com to encrypt and send via a secure SSL connection the user’s cardholder and billing details to a secure payment processor, for the purpose of completing the transaction and creating an ongoing subscription. The user agrees to re-send payment in the case that the original payment for a fulfilled order was not received successfully. See Privacy Policy for privacy/security information.
Self-service upgrade pricing is prorated based on existing license expiration. License expiration dates do not change during a prorated upgrade. Upgraded subscriptions renew at regular price.
ChurchThemes.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Subscriptions
By making a purchase, the user authorizes ChurchThemes.com to save and charge their payment method on a recurring basis according to current Pricing until the user cancels.
An account and recurring subscription will be created when the user makes a purchase while not logged in. The user will be logged into this new account automatically. This subscription will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase. When a subscription is automatically renewed, the user’s payment method is charged and the user’s license for updates, support and access to downloads is extended by one year. When a license expires, the user will not have access to updates, support and downloads.
The user can cancel a subscription at any time by logging into their account. Canceling a subscription will cause automatic renewal to cease. The user can renew manually by visiting the Web Site if they wish to extend their license. Making a manual renewal payment will cause a new subscription to be created, which can be canceled at any time.
A reminder email will be sent to the user before their subscription automatically renews. ChurchThemes.com is not responsible in the case that the user fails to cancel a subscription that is no longer wanted. Cancelation is the responsibility of the user.
Refund Policy
ChurchThemes.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they may request a refund within 45 days. Refund requests will be processed within one week.
Theme and Plugin Updates
Each theme or plugin purchase includes a subscription for one year of access to updates for a single site. Access to updates expires one year after the date of purchase if the user’s subscription or license is not renewed. Theme updates are typically made when bugs are fixed, new features are added and when necessary to maintain compatibility with new versions of WordPress and browsers. Updates are made at ChurchThemes.com’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Each purchase includes a license key enabling one-click updates via the WordPress admin area.
Support Policy
Each purchase includes a subscription for one year of access to support for a single site. Access to support expires one year after the date of purchase if the user’s subscription or license is not renewed. Support is not provided to users who do not have an active, non-expired license.
Your agreement to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the Support Policy.
Compatibility
WordPress Compatibility
Themes currently offered are tested with WordPress release candidates to ensure compatibility with new versions. One-click updates are delivered when necessary.
Plugin Compatibility
When a theme and plugin are both made using standards and best practices, they will usually work with each other. However, ChurchThemes.com cannot guarantee compatibility with plugins made by third parties.
Browser Compatibility
Themes are tested with dozens of device, operating system, browser and version combinations using BrowserStack to help ensure a good experience on all current desktop and mobile web browsers. However, it is not possible for ChurchThemes.com to guarantee compatibility with every system and browser.
Demo Content
The theme demos use sample content embedded with photos, graphics and videos to demonstrate how a theme can be used. This sample imagery is licensed for use only by ChurchThemes.com and is not included with theme purchases. Textual sample content from demos is included with theme purchases. Images and videos will appear in sample content as gray placeholders which should be replaced with the user’s own material.
Users can refer to the Guides for the sources of stock photos, graphics and videos used in the demos. Users who wish to use the demo imagery can obtain their own licenses.
Third-party Links and Resources
ChurchThemes.com may provide hyperlinks and references to third-party Web sites and resources as a convenience to users of the Service. ChurchThemes.com does not control third-party resources and is not responsible for the contents of any third-party Web sites or resources. ChurchThemes.com does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party Web sites or resources. ChurchThemes.com will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlinks and resource references.
Non-endorsement
The Service contains references to persons in various forms. There is no connection or affiliation between these persons and ChurchThemes.com.
