Support includes

  • Convenient help by email for all themes and plugins that you have an active license for.
  • Answering questions about using the features of our themes and plugins.
  • Addressing bugs that are found with our themes and plugins.
  • Response typically within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding U.S. holidays).

Additionally, Premium Support (available with our Pro Package and higher) includes…

  • A faster response from having your support requests assigned a higher priority.
  • An expert logging into your site to help after attempting to follow our instructions yourself.

Use the email address on your account when submitting a support request to be identified as a Premium Support customer.

Outside the scope of support

  • Any type of assistance with coding or design (we can refer you to a professional)
  • Help with third-party plugins (please contact the plugin author)
  • General WordPress support (use the WordPress Support Forums or ask your “managed” web host)
  • Assistance with moving a website, converting content or similar services

Our themes and plugins are designed specifically for use on church websites. Support is not offered for themes used on websites that fall outside of the intended use.
